I have even tried a hard reset to clear the cache however that didn't work

@Lambert23792 Hmmm, the next step would be to try reinstall the content, it sounds like something went wrong the first time, sorry.
I have tried re installing both pieces with no success. It only seems to be with EA access content as i recently bought fallout as a digital copy and works fine everytime
