Community Admin@Tevtheman1 Hi, unfortunately the de-rank was due to a fix that was applied to the game. A number of players were affected by an issue which prevented them from finishing matches.
These folks can now play, but it affected other users, resulting in a rank rollback. Unfortunately we don't have a way to re-rank those affected, sorry.
My rank was lost as well with the roll back and now the hutt contracts are frozen and not updating the progression. What progression I had on some on the contracts was reset and they are not updating as well. Is there any update when this will be fixed?
