@spaceKQ If you set your machine up to use the AMD card, does this help at all?

I have the same issue; Says INTEL is out of date, but it isn't. With all the problems you're having with this game, maybe you should give a slightly longer window to people to return it.

Same problem here..
I used to play without a problem before the last updated.
I've tried everything and nothing works!
Should we claim a refund or will EA fix this bug?

It makes ZERO difference what driver any Intel IGP uses. The error message is a kind of Red Herring, and should read instead that the launcher cannot find any active discrete video graphics circuit board.

As per my comment to you, that error message you complained about is totally meaningless. To determine why the game won't run, more data was required, and you declined to cooperate in that regard. Your question is therefore now classed as abandoned.
