Like the title says the game won't find my keyboard and mouse. When I start the game I get a message that my Intel drivers aren't up to date. But Intel says it is up to date, so that's a bit weird. I can play the game on 25 fps with my gamepad. I would like to play this game with my keyboard and mouse. I have an AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @2.20GHz.
I hope someone can help me!

I used to play without a problem before the last updated.
I've tried everything and nothing works!
Should we claim a refund or will EA fix this bug?

It makes ZERO difference what driver any Intel IGP uses. The error message is a kind of Red Herring, and should read instead that the launcher cannot find any active discrete video graphics circuit board.

As per my comment to you, that error message you complained about is totally meaningless. To determine why the game won't run, more data was required, and you declined to cooperate in that regard. Your question is therefore now classed as abandoned.
