Star wars fallen order freezes on mission

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Dathomir: nightmare ruins keeps freezing when you fight your master
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the mission nightmare ruins
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime i attempt to do the main mission
What do you expect to see? For the game i paid for to actually function properly

    A friend of mine had this same issue. He uses custom controls because of how he plays. These custom controls seem to have caused the problem. Setting the controls to default will get you through the freeze then just reset. Start-Settings-controls-reset. Hope this helps.
