The patch did not fixed my game on Xbox one, I still cannot progress the story since Saturday because of a white screen. Please once again, take a look

I honestly don't think ea cares, they got our money, i tried returning my game, and couldn't cause it was opened.. so I'm boycotting any future ea games, I'm so done with this game, its like they don't even care, not one post to show they are aware of the issue, and are making steps to fix it. Nothing just comment after comment from frustrated customers. EA you lost a customer and I will be uploading a video of my horrible experience with this game and its company.
