Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - Darthomir Gorgara Glitch

Summarize your bug Died while trying to scale the wall and avoid the falling rocks, Gorgara made it to the top and stayed there. The cut scene happens when I climb the wall, however, no dragon and no rocks fall. Please fix this as I cannot go forward and cannot go backward.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die while scaling the wall at the top of the wall against Gorgara in Darthomir, attempt to retry to scale the wall and there is no Gorgara and no rocks falling.
What happens when the bug occurs? I climb the wall, no Gorgara, no rocks fall and cannot go past the rocks as if I hit them I die
What do you expect to see? Gorgara fly up from the bottom the pit to chase you while you climb the wall and the rocks fall down opening up a pathway (must avoid the rocks)

Step by step of what happens ... run up the pipe, jump to the wall, climb, as I climb Gorgara should fly up from the pit but he does not which of course does not allow the rocks to fall creating a pathway. I can climb freely up and down but I cannot pass the rocks as they are still blocking me. Please fix this.

I've tried: dying and respawning, mediating and resting, dying while jumping into the rocks and respawning and nothing works
