Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order - Epic store

I bought Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order from Epic and when I launch it, it takes me to the new EA app and says : I do not have access and i can't play. try to restart app or find the account that boug...

I see a lot of these kind of posts with Epic bought games on EA app. At some point people in threads call it fixed and yet this keeps happening again.
Additionally I must state that I'm having problem with installing it from Epic, but if game is installed from EA app it's the same message.

      tbh, support forget it niether EA or Epic was of any help, result is refund and de-install , just a waste of dl time and resouces which they don't refund
