Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order won't let me start a new journey

Just bought Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order via Steam. Have installed (uninstalled, and reinstalled) the Origin client; I've also verified the install of the game itself twice, via Steam. My problem...

    @gain500exurh  We are player helping player forum help.ea.com would be where EA Support is. 
     
    For the issue, I personally not seen that before. I assume you dont see this?

I tried to figure out this same thing. Turns out you have to hold Space bar, not just tap it.

    @rabiddisco Thanks a lot. I would newer ques that and asked refund without your suggestion. Indeed you need to keep enter/space pressed a while.
