Star Wars Squadron won´t lunch on Steam. Error Code 25

Hi. Thanks in advance. I have bought the pack of : Jedi Fallen Order, Battlefront II , and Star wars Squadrons for Steam. I dont have any issues but with Squadrons. When i try to launch it on STEAM , a error code appears. Error Code 25 . I have the hardware  requisites for the game.  ( Just in case , i can also see the other two games on Origin, but not Squadrons). I have tried many times to fix it with Easy anti cheat program ( within the game´s folder), also with Verifying the integrity of the game files , on STEAM . Didn´t work.

Thanks in advance. Would there be a patch sent in the future?

I paste the details given:

  • Hi,

okay after having the same issue mentioned by you : Error code 25 and browsing through the web searching for an answer I tried this and it worked for me.

    First step:

    verify gamefiles via Steam

    Second Step:

Browse local data --> then open starwarssquadron.exe and starwarssquadrons_launcher with right click --> properties --> comptability and run file as admin.

    Third step:

repeat step 2 with easyanticheat_Setup and just to be sure I repaired it once

    Fourth step:

tried launching the game via steam and the same error showed up as before THEN I tried launching starwarssquadron.exe from the gamefolder and it worked!!

So my guess is steam and EAC are interfering with each other for this game. Whenever I try to launch with steam it gives an error, running the game.exe as admin worked after the abov mentioned steps.
