hi I found out the problem. my pc doesn't have the graphics card needed for the game.

I went through the connective guide, and none of those things seem to be the problem
I bassically have 2 problems:
1. I can't play offline (story mode, tutorials)
2. I can't play online (quick match, multiplayer and training)
i just tried multiplayer again, this time i got into a game right away but as soon as the battle started, the screen wnet black and the app shut down. that is the same thing that happens in story mode and the tutorial.
this makes it seem that it is one problem.
DICE TeamThanks for the added details! @diamondude14 can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Star Wars: Squadrons and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
