Star wars squadrons: cant do anything

i just got star wars squadrons on pc and nothing works. not multiplayer, not quick match, not the tutorials, not story mode. i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice. please help...

    hi I found out the problem. my pc doesn't have the graphics card needed for the game.

the guide only talks about connection issues, my problem i know is not a connection issue because it even happens offline, in story mode and the tutorials
