Star Wars Squadrons constant error 721

I haven't had a problem with Star Wars Squadrons since 2021. However, now it constantly gives error 721: unable to connect to ea servers.
Completed trouble shooting and EA Help chat who directed me here.

This is still an issue and EA Support just say that I have to await a response from the Community Manager on here... No response since August is unacceptable! Please respond ASAP!
