STAR WARS: SQUADRONS disappear from my library

About a month ago. I've bought key of "STAR WARS: SQUADRONS" from CDKeys. I had redeemed it and everything work fine. I've installed it, play it for a bit. but I have too much work so I can't play it for a while. and Today I just realize that "It's just missing from my library.". And just to be sure I've checked in "Hidden Game" but it's not there. So I launched the game and It said "You have to own this game in order to play this game.". It doesn't make sense. Just a month ago I still playing it. So I don't know when it's missing and why it happened.

Does anyone know how this happened or how this can be resolved?

    Perhaps "unauthorized" would be fitter than "illegal" in this situation. I bought the key from CDKEYS by the time that STAR WARS: SQUADRONS a free game for Twitch Prime members with the price is just only 1$. I think somehow the key that CDKEYS sold were from Twitch Prime members. Of course, EA does not allow those keys to be redeemed because they would lose a lot of profit with those damn cheap keys.

    @NineLands I do not know. Perhaps the company have a deal with Amazon? I think they have a deal but didn't expect that the free keys would become a product for reseller. Cancel those key in they own platform seems to be the only way to fix the problem.

    This happened to me, but I bought the game "legally" from Steam. I just put in a support ticket and thought id look online....
