What I have tried:
restarted PC
attempted to load many times giving it a lot of time to load.
verify game integrity of steam install
uninstalled game as well as many other games to ensure the game is installed on different sector of the hard drive
no go.
EDIT:
I should have mentioned the video card I have is the AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Bumping this thread back up again, because I've had this issue as well, and there seems to be no response.
I am albo facing this issue, after 8th mission 9th is not starting - music plays, the loading square is up but can wait endlessly for mission to start
