Thanks for the reply mate, it’s been bought as a disk I will try what you said and get back to you if you shave any other ideas that would be great!

You still need to install the game even when it's on a disk. If power cycling doesn't help, you may want to try installing the game to the other hard drive. For example, if it's on an internal drive, install it on the external drive and vice versa.

    Got it working mate takin the plug out if the back of the console was how I got it going thanks again
