Star Wars Squadrons on Steam: 2FA Screen takes no input

There was an update to Star Wars Squadrons and now it starts to a blue screen where it asks for EA 2 Factor Authentication instead of the old "Origin" style window that did the same. Alas, you can't ...

    Turn off the 2FA in your EA account and it should work.

@EA_Illium Same problem, same problem, I have Steam with Oculus Quest 2 and I use the Steam Link app, with double authentication I have a gray screen where I can't move forward and if I click on close it doesn't close, the only way to make it work is to disable the double authentication on your EA account
