Star Wars takes "too long to start" on Xbox One. Game won't even launch.

I bought a hard copy deluxe edition. I think it installs fine. Says 100% complete. The game will open, sit on the loading screen for about 10-15 seconds, then boot me out and say the game took too long to start. I can't even open my game. Haven't gotten past the launch screen.

I would try to uninstall and re-install it first. I just got a copy for Xbone as well, and it does take a bit longer than most games to load into the menus, but mine has worked the few times I have tried, expect once where it just crashed to dashboard with no error message.
