Starting Battlefront Creates Background Process, But No Game Window

Starting Battlefront will briefly give the busy icon and create a process. The process goes up to 10% CPU and then drops back to 0, idling at about 150MB Memory usage. I was able to get the game window to come up ONE time when I clicked Debug from the process right click menu, but there was no text. I can't see any similar issues. I don't have a black screen, my drivers are all updated... like I said - I saw the game at one point, but opted to attempt to make text happen. At this point, I'm just looking for thoughts on the possible issue. 

My system meets all of the recommended requirements, but my graphics card only meets the minimum.

    So it took me all night to actually install, but I'm running windows 10 and had to force this "November Update" on my machine. It seriously took at least 3 hours to install, but completed by the time I got up. Game seems to be running fine now. Let me know if this works for you!

    I have the same issue now, before I was getting the Battlefront has stopped working. Now I running it, Origin tags me as playing it and a few seconds later it goes back to online. Under task manager like you said it shows up but no game window.

    Forced a windows update that my machine wasn't doing by default for some reason.

    Thanks - will give this a try and respond with results.

    Looks like EA just wants us to update everything before the game will run.
