Is your ISP by any chance also Deutsche Telekom?
Have you also tried doing a traceroute (http://help.ea.com/en/article/ping-traceroute-and-uo-trace/)?
I have the same issues as you since yesterday, since then the game is unplayable in multiplayer. As soon as I connect to a game I have huge lagg spikes and this "bad connectivity" messages start popping up.

Um... WOW! I am very jelly of these latency figures you guys have.
I have yet to see 60 ms. I never get anything below 200 ms / 215 ms. Never ever! You can imagine how much "fun" the game is. And I've tried 2 different ISPs...
So, yeah, I wish there was some solution from EA / DICE (maybe at least 1 local server in the countries their products are sold in...???)
