starwars battlefront ps4 says im offline?

Hi Starwars Battlefront ps4 says im offline and need to login?

I am logged in on my pc and my account is synced to my ps4.

Why is this? ll my friends are playing online so is this just an issue with my copy?

    FIXED!!!! HOW TO FIX:

    1. RESTORE PS4 TO DEFAULT SETTINGS (NOT REINITIALIZE) FROM SETTINGS > INITIALIZE MENU
    2. YOU'LL NEED TO RESIGN INTO YOUR INTERNET AND PSN AFTER REBOOT
    3. RESTORE LICENSES FROM SETTINGS > NETWORK/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT > RESTORE LICENSES
    4. REBOOT AGAIN (NOT STANDBY)
    5. START BATTLEFRONT AND DO NOT RUSH IT!!

    @g4zdalley Hey, can you try shutting down your system fully (not rest/restart) then start it back up and check again? Can you test other online games to see if they connect ok?

    I don't think the issue will be with your copy of the game, it's more likely account or networking-based.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    Ive tried a complete "power off" restart.

    I was able to play gta last night online.

    The issue def lies with connection between origin and psn.

    My psn name is Gareth Dalley but my origin name is G4zDalley. So ive changed my origin name to Garethdalley to be as close to my psn name as is possible (wont allow spaces).

    Whats frustrating is when press triangle to try to login to EA (in game) what would be a great fix would being able to input our origin email and password on that screen. It doesn't allow you to do anything. It jst tells you you need to login to your EA account.

    Don't really know what to do now :-(

    @g4zdalley Thanks. I removed the picture as it had some identifying info and there's nothing there I could use. 

    Curiously, I was checking for a different issue about an hour ago and I encountered this. I needed to manually log out and back into my PSN account and I was able to get in. Can you try this just in case it helps?

    Regarding the login, it sounds like your accounts are properly linked already (hence the autologin) but you can contact support to have them check on the account if the issue persists.

    Tried theses steps and it won't work still
    It says not connected to ea account so I push connect and comes back with not connected message again! I can't even get to the screen where I enter my ID and pswd because it says recording disabled because I accessed a blocked screen and the screen dims. So frustrated!!!!!

    my son is having the same problem.  I even went back to game stop and got another game and we are still having the same issue.  this is so ridiculous.  You should be able to put in the game and play, that's all.  All of this is so frustrating

    Hi, we had this same annoying issue today. I went online to check my account and get a 500 internal error, when clicking on Account-->Account Security.  Are you guys having network problems?

    We bought the game when it came out and it's worked fine until now. Hopefully it clears up so I don't have to return the game.
