Quite a few users have experienced this type of issue.  We believe that it is a sever issue syncing with the stats server.  Keep checking your stats and see if anything has changed / returned, and let me know if it has.  I will keep you updated when I hear something official.

By the way, do you happen to be on Xbone?

Yup they fixed it fast, thanks TapouTony420. Im on PC by the way, could never get used to gamepads, plus I like the graphics better on PC. Thanks again, game on!

Glad to hear its working for you!!!

And yea, I play on all platforms, but prefer PC as well, as I prefer the M / KB.  However, on Battlefront, even on PC, I still use my Xbone controller when I am in air vehicles as it is much easier than the M / KB.  When I do play on Xbone or PS4, it takes a few rounds to get used to the controller again, and I am never as good as I am on M / KB.  And yes, the graphics are defiantly much, much better on PC.

Since this very morning I've experienced what appears to be the same problem.

I opened the Companion app on my iPad where all progress is now gone: The Career page shows I joined 2 months ago, but also "Online in companion - PC" while I play on a PS4. Rank has been reset to 1, Star Card and Blasters are all gone. My iPhone states the same. This worries me...

Did EA have some game or database server outage?

I don't know why but while browsing and posting on the forum about this issue, I managed to change profile from the top-right menu (see screenshot).

Still does not explain where there is a PC account with the same Player ID - since I own #Battlefront on PS4 only.

After the account has returned and switching to the correct EA profile your can resolve the issue in the Companion app:

    1. Click on the More tab at the bottom
    2. Click the Sign Out button
    3. Login again to "Battlefront" with your EA account credentials

Even if you play on PlayStation, you will still see a PC character because your PSN ID is connected to an Origin Account that is PC based, even if you dont play on PC.  The Companion App glitches out sometimes and switches your "Active" character from time-to-time.

I too am experiencing this issue...EA seems to think that deleting my game and DLC...then re-installing it will fix this.upon failed attempts...I still haven't seen my upgrades

I too are in the same boat now...and sinking fast .EA's solution is to un-install ALL DLC and the game ,then re-install then reboot the XBOX One. .. they assure that this will fix the issue. I am on try number three...they also said it's MY console...NOT the game itself....hmmmm...my xbox isn't a year old
