Hi my name is Jacob I Pre-Ordered Star wars Squadrons and when i booted up the game at the correct release time and date i was greeted with a msg that my account has been restricted from accesing online features. I have no previous bans or warning from any EA title or other owned game. im using a gtx 1660, with a ryzen 3 3300x and 16gb of ram. i have no previous bans from ea titles this includes warnings or suspensions i have none, so please have this fixed asap

Steps- Whenever I launch the game, I am prompted by error code 918. Then, from the main menu I can press the connect to online/reconnect button and am also prompted with error code 918.

When did this happen: first time 11:20 pm Central time October 1st.

How severe: can't play anything except the story
what happens: cannot access 75% of the game

I confirmed with a service rep this is not on my end. This on the server end, I am adding my information to the pile. No VPN. 20 minutes after "Release" time for startup. GTX 1080, I9 9900k. Installed on SSD non C drive. 100 spare GB of space on said drive. 64GB of RAM.
