Please explain 'Other' I am receiving an error code claiming that my EA account is restricted from online access
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. The error message occurred as soon as I had booted up the game. It has barred me from all additional content including the preorder bonus content.
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Main menu and non-story focused options/gamemodes.

What happens when the bug occurs? I am barred from all multiplayer and non-story content of the game.

EA Origin is also showing the game greyed out, while I have purchased it via Steam. Unlike other Steam purchased games, there are no options to chose from when viewing the title through Origin.
