We're working on gathering up some additional information to pass along to the team to help with the investigation into this error. When you have a chance please provide the following information: 

- Your Steam Username

- The time you first tried logging into the game (including your time zone)

    Still persists after restarts

    Game is greyed out in Origin but singleplayer is available in Steam

    Error Code 918

    Game is greyed out in Origin but I can launch it through Steam, Steam and Origin accounts are linked, problem persisted after changing password, setting up 2FA, and restart, singleplayer works fine

    Please explain 'Other' I try to connect to play online it gives me the error code 918
    What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. opened the game up at 11 pm est and when it finished loading up in game it gave me the error code 918
    Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. after the boot up and initial loading completes
    When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11:40 P.M IST 10/1/2020
    How often does the bug occur? Every time i try to play online and after boot up
    How severe is your issue? well cant play or use my online content
    What happens when the bug occurs? just error message and cant connect to online
    What do you expect to see? well being connected to the online part of the game
    Which ship were you playing? If not applicable, just answer "no" or "none." None
    What components were you using? Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX 2060S
    Which customizations (if any) were you using? None

    @EA_Kent Is there any update on this or potential ETA on a fix? Like does it seem like we're going to be able to play multiplayer today? This weekend?

    Time I logged in:  Approximately between 1:50PM and 2:00PM Central time.

    First time logged in it gave me the Error Code 918, I can still do single player but everything else is a no go.

    I don't know if this will help or not, but when I bought Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, I can see the game in my Origin launcher with the steam icon, but as for Squadrons, it doesn't come up unless I'm to buy the game again through Origin.  It's like the game isn't connecting straight to Origin so it could connect to the EA server, if that makes any sense.
