Steam Account Hacked, unable to play EA Games

I am having problems recently with my Steam Account. Someone hacked my steam account and there I have EA FC 24, and recently I purchased the EA FC 25 Ultimate Team. For this, I can prove with the payment I did. Someone who hacked my account, changed also the email that I was using for Steam. Now, I am not able to play any games that I had from EA App, because I purchased from Steam. Anyone who can help me?
