I am having the same problem and i have tried that and it hasn't changed anything? Is there anything else i can try?
Have you tried disabling any overlays you have running in the background? They can sometimes conflict with certain menus.
A clean boot temporarily disables all non-Microsoft essential programs. By doing that and immediately loading up the game it can help rule out whether a program running in the background was causing it.

Just tried that and it didn't work. I get this message every time i try and launch the game i don't know if that has anything to do with it?

You'll need to update the latest version of your drivers or else games won't function correctly. These updates are totally free.

Just tried that i have a Intel® UHD Graphics 620. I went onto the Intel link on how to update your driver and i did the update but it came up with this.

Have you solved the problem? I have the same issue, tuck at the space press t start
