Stuck in Bracca Shipyard -- Constantly Falling / Getting Stuck

I am stuck in the Bracca shipyard and cannot progress / move on. I'm at the part where you climb up then move right along a pole until it swings out. You're then supposed to jump up and move left. The problem is I am stuck / having issues at this part. By the time Cal jumps, the pieces are already falling apart. They seem to be falling apart too quickly for me to be able to jump up and use them to get higher up. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to use the force to slow them down? I tried adjusting visuals to medium and limiting to 30 fps but same issue. This is quite frustrating as it's been at least an hour I've been stuck here and cannot move on. Please help. Thank you!!

    Hi @TheRedJuggler,

What you're saying you're doing sounds right. I remember that part and when the pole swings out you move up, then left and left again until you're on the train. The pieces fall as you move off it.

This doesn't require the force to slow the falling pieces down. You need to move as quick as you can up and over. If you're moving quick enough I'm not sure why you wouldn't be making it.

Are you able to capture your movements for us in a video so we can see what's happening there?

  • Thanks for responding. I think the issue is that there is a delay from when I'm hitting on the spacebar and when Cal / my character actually starts to jump so by the time he reaches the first panel both the first and second panels fall away and Cal along with them. I'm not sure if it's a lag issue or what.

  • Not sure why I cannot move quick enough, if it's just a lag issue or delay from when I press spacebar and when Cal jumps. Not familiar with using Origin, can I only stream a live video to Twtich? I tried to capture a video but when I went to Twitch nothing was there, so I'm assuming it was only a temporary live broadcast.

    Hi @TheRedJuggler,

Thanks for trying. This shouldn't need to be streamed to take a recording of it though. From the video capturing tool (e.g. OBS) you're using to stream to Twitch, try it again except don't stream it. Just recording from the video capturing tool itself. The video file should be enough for us to see what you're seeing.
