Stuck in Kashyyyk imperial refinery (29%)

Summarize your bug On kashyyk imperial refinery when at 29% and facing the miniboss. If you defeat him and get the cutscene to continue, but instead backtrack for the loot just outside to the left and meditate. Then the NPC's will respawn and the door closed, but the cutscene will not appear.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to kashyyyk imperial refinery at 29%, beat the boss, go back and to the left once outside, over the spinning wheel of death and meditate.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can not continue with the game
What do you expect to see? Either: The cutscene will play everytime you kill the boss, or the door is just set to open from that time on.

Maybe i'm blind and haven't seen it, but maybe there should be a button to restart the world?
