Stuck in Zeffo - Venator wreckage

I went exploring off the main mission in zeffo and it appears that i am stuck in the lower end of venator wreckage, i cannot find a way out and BD-1 cannot override the power circuit i need him to. i...

    It looks like from your map you have already done the spinning blade jump across...so you need to go through the center arch, back up top, and look for the hanging ropes just above that.  You can barely see them on your map picture, but you have to jump and force pull them to grab them if I remember correctly.  Your exit from that area is just above the arch that fires lightning when the spinning blades are active.

The circuit controls the rotating thing in front of you. That thing is attached to the arch right hand side.

Have you tried to double jump towards that arch and continue on the catwalk inside?

Not sure if you already acquired double jump though.

      Thanks both of you for responding, turns out my BD-1 was glitched and wouldnt attach himself to the power to override anything after countless restarts a update of the game and some patience i managed to pass it this morning.
