Stuck inside of a wall at upper Witches Horn

Summarize your bug Cal can enter the top of the Witches Horn and get stuck inside the wall.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upon reaching the top of the Witches Horn, enter to see the chest ahead. Move slightly past the right side of the chest and along the back wall. Cal manages to pass through the wall and get stuck inside the wall. No direction or jumping gets him back out.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal can look around while stuck in this one position but can't jump out or move out. Must quit the game and load the latest save point to resume playing. I have the latest patch released second week of March 2020.
What do you expect to see? He should not pass through a wall.

Overall this is the greatest Star Wars game I've ever played.  (And I played Dark Forces back in the Windows 98 days!)  Thanks SO MUCH for the great work.  Hope you can fix these minor issues allowing Cal to get stuck inside walls.
