I have the same problem and I’ve reached out to the EA help twitter and they said that they had no recorded accounts of this glitch. Makes me wonder if anyone even reads these forums at all
What I'm reading on other sites is you have to kill all enemy's. My problem is I have to go back real far for that. Will try reloading save.
