It isn't only happening while there's a hero somewhere on the battlefield, is it?

How are your frametimes while stuttering? You can (as far as I remember) show them by pressing ^ and then typing "perfoverlay.drawgraph 1".
Maybe something isn't right with the game causing unstable frametimes, which results in stuttering at an usually smooth framerate.

Framerate is unaffected. Interesting point regardung hero units. I will test this out though I don't think it is the case.
- I mean the frameTIMES, that's the time your graphics card needs to render one frame. If this time is unstable, it can cause terrible stutter, while the frameRATE is high and stable.
The normal frametime when running at 60 fps (vsync on) should be something around 16 to 17 ms.
- I have exactly the same issue. Framerate is rock solid but there is huge stuttering when you move around the target and try to aim.
I saw the same bug earlier before the Bespin update but it was subtle. Now it is much more irritating.
I guess the reason is somewhere in motion behaviour not in framerate or performance. It looks like characters moves and then teleports back for one frame causing stuttering. I saw this in Unity when moved a rigidbody in fixed timestep but rotated only once per frame. It caused physics issues due to preserving angular momentum. I suspect it has to do with the render being out of sync with the physics.- Approved
I am having this problem too. Spectating has no problems. But I only get stuttering when moving the mouse and sometimes it is really noticeable and sometimes it is subtle but it is always annoying

amazing how EA doesn't say that they acknowledge this issue and that we are working on it to fix it...... unless im missing it somewhere.

I have the same problem. This bug is not new,we had it after May pathc,then DICE fixed it with Bespin and now is here again. There is even a thread on the official Battlefront forum. DICE will fix it,I hope they will do it sooner than the last time tho :D

Just had some FPS problems on Endor on Turning point (no heroes)..... They've just plain broken the bloody game.
