SW Battlefront Trophy Not Unlocking and Can't Post on Forums for Help

@EclipsialHuntres For the forum issue, can you try swapping to another browser and see if that helps? Can you try putting through the post a couple of times?

For your main issue, Collector isn't being received despite already earning figures, yes?

Can you try shutting down your machine fully (not rest mode) then check again, in case there's a caching issue on your machine?

Hey @EA_David, thanks for the response.

For the forum issue I have repeatedly tried posting many times using my default browser of Chrome and have not been able to get it to go through. Neither the post, save draft or preview buttons do anything either than cause the error message I described earlier. I tried to use another browser as you suggested but encountered the exact same problem using Internet Explorer.

As for my main issue, that's right. I have earned two of the figures but still have not had the trophy unlock. I shut the machine down entirely as you suggested but even after booting the game back up after doing so the trophy has still not unlocked. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hmm, I wonder are the issues related, perhaps the database doesn't think you have full rights to the game and you're being blocked from posting.

For trophies, you can go to the trophy page on your PS4 and force a sync if you press the Options button, it's worth trying that. 

Back on the site, does it show your career progression properly? Can you play Base Command. 

Hi again @EA_David, I can't try the forums again as they are under maintenance but I'll see if I have the ability to post again once they're up (hopefully mine and others' problems are resolved when they're done working).

I manually synced my trophies as you suggested to no effect.

As for the website my career progression is indeed displayed properly. It lists all of the unlocks I have gotten (including the diorama figures I have) and everything displayed there is as it is when I play the game. As for Base Command I had never tried it but gave it a go and I can play it, yes.

EDIT: After playing Base Command, the next time I booted up the game and received yet another diorama figure for earning so many stars on one of the Base Command missions (for a total now of 3 diorama figures) but the trophy still didn't unlock. I also deleted all the Star Wars Battlefront save data from my system (after uploading it to the PS Plus Cloud) and tried booting the game both right after I deleted the data (booting it to a totally new game) and after I had re-downloaded the data from the cloud. It did not unlock when played after doing either of those things either.

Might there be a patch being worked on for glitched trophies (I've noticed that other people are having some trouble unlocking them as well) and is there anything else you might suggest? Thanks again.
