What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. The Bug: Since the most recent patch on 10/9, every 5 to 10 minutes I am disconnected from the EA server and a random Error Code ranging from 327 to 820 is displayed upon returning to the main menu. The Bug Part 2: Upon trying to play the game on 10/12, my rank has been reset to 0 after already achieving the rank of Hotshot, skill level 1000. Where: Simply in the game, no action was being performed

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm unable to play the game and continue to loose any XP towards my rank in fleet battles
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play a game without encountering these types of issues every 5 to 10 minutes as well as any and all progress achieved (before, during, & after this issue) to be shown correctly.
