Prior to patch, I had the rank stuck at 100%.

Just played a Fleet Battle Ranked with a premade 5, we won, no leavers and gained 0 skill rating but did get xp. I just leveled up to 44.

this ^ friend stopped playing because the patch didn't fix that issue. I am climbing halfway through hotshot and he's stuck at 100% when he was going to promote from maverick III to hotshot I
