DICE TeamYeah, they may have moved on to other projects etc now, we've had our patch of fixes and that's a wrap. Just don't ever buy another EA product with a VR tag, leave VR to the devs that give a s**t about it. EA can do FIFA and oh another FIFA and another...
The only way they will give any attention to this is if it's visible on twitter/reddit etc but here in the forums... nah
I wish reviewers picked up on the issue. WorthABuy released a quick video before his full review that said VR and HOTAS was broken. In his full review he said he's quickly mentioned he's not not playing in VR because it's broken. I wish I had seen that before I bought it.
At least with Mechwarrior 5, they let people know ahead of time they were scrapping VR. I still purchased that game, but after playing Elite Dangerous in VR, it didn't feel right playing a cockpit game in pancake mode. It's like how I used to think it was great playing Wing Commander with a 4 button gamepad, but now I feel like I need a mouse with like 14 buttons to play Doom.

I seem to be having more problems since the patch than before...
Just got my refund from Steam (because they are cool and Australian Consumer Law is legit so much better than USA laws).
Really a shame cause this couldve been a great game. Maybe next time dont use Peer to peer connection method on competitive multiplayer EA; and extra especially with no regional locks. Good game.

Adding post-launch content isn't the same as fixing bugs and balancing.
We are 100% going to keep fixing issues and balance features.
Two hotfixes down already, too, with another on the way.

I'm level 40 something with a win rate of 60-80% in all match types and a KDR of 1.2-1.9 across all match types.

Good point that no reviewers mentioned the HOTAS issues. Have EA even acknowledged the fact that the implementation of HOTAS is broken and requires a fix? I still cannot play this game. If I had heard of any issues I would never have wasted my money.
Same with me, I picked up the game and a HOTAS due to the support claims, I have a HORI which is not the cheapest of PS4 flight sticks.
