SW: Squadrons - Where's My Stuff?

Come in Pilots! 

 

Starting today, if you've been missing items in-game in Star Wars: Squadrons we have a new Self-Service tool that will allow you to request a care package. Access the tool by clicking on the link below:  

 

In order to request your stuff, you will want to click the link above. Then sign in with your EA account and follow the prompts to select your game, and follow the on screen options if you are missing an item.  

The tool will automatically check if you are eligible for a Care Package. After using the tool, if you are eligible you may need to restart your game then log back in and check for it.  

NoteIf you are declined for a care package, CM's on Answers HQ and our Support Advisor would be unable to manually grant one.  

To Use the tool follow the below steps:

  • Select "Get Started" and sign in with your EA account
  • You will be shown all platforms you have connected with the game, Select the one where you are playing on
  • Agree to our false claims disclaimer
  • You will be shown a message if you are approved or denied for a care package
