Swamp Of Sacrifice chest glitched at 2/3

Im am having the same issue as OP, I've collected all 3 chest in the swamp of sacrifice and it only shows that i collected 2 of the 3. I've restarted the game and my PC and returned to the location and checked all chest, which all are opened and cannot be interacted with anymore, and It still has not updated to show i have them and I do not know what options I have to fix this. It just really sucks because I'm playing the game for the second time to get all the achievements and without this chest it will be impossible. Please let me know if there any fix I could try and if there is any info i could provide to assist with fixing this issue.
