I have the exact same problem. Even when you pause the game, the background remains black though the menu choices remain intact. And it only seems to happen with the "Invasion" training when proceeding to the AT-AT portion of the mission. It does not happen within any other mission, single or multiplayer.
Please advise...
Just bought the game (on sale) 4/6/2016, and this is my only issue with the game as well, any fixes or remarks from devs about this issue?
Negative. I've searched the site and black screens appear in other areas to other users, but no specific resolution to our issue.
