Tomb of Eilram

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Tomb of eilram puzzle sphere glitched and Disappeared.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While fighting the tomb guardian in the main puzzle Room force push him into the wall.
What happens when the bug occurs? When force pushing the tomb guardian into the wall sphere on 2nd floor glitch to the 1st floor where you are fighting The Guardian.
What do you expect to see? This fear to stay in place until unlocked the proper way.

  • Found a glitch on Zeffo at the Tomb of Eilram.  When you get close to the end of the tomb where you have to force push the spears into place. The 3rd  Sphere glitch out of place and is now nowhere to be found.  So now I cannot progress to exit the tomb or  Continue the game. There is no way to load a previous save so I'm stuck now. If anyone else has had this problem and has been able to fix it please let me know.

    Summarize your bug When trying to get the 3rd ball from the pendulum in the Tomb of Eilram it gets stuck in the arch of the door way. This is basically game breaking for me at this point since I am now stuck in the tomb.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I pushed the second ball into the door to break it open instead of the ball on the pendulum I think this is how I got it stuck.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The ball on the pendulum get stuck in the arch of the door and I can't complete the puzzle.
    What do you expect to see? I would like to get the ball unstuck as I would really hate to have to get restart my game over something like this.

    I am stuck at the end of the Tomb of Eilram. I have two of the 3 balls but the one that was stuck in the pendulum is no stuck in the arch of the doorway. Anyone have the same issue? Help would be much appreciated I don't want to have to restart the game.

    I am having the same issue only difference is the ball is still there but is stuck in the arch of the door. I really don't want to have to restart my game. I recorded what happened.

    Oh man that's annoying too. I had to restart the game..

    Be sure to only rest before you do the spheres. Otherwise of it gets stuck again  you'll have to start over...  again hah

    @MoUhGan I was able to reload my save, but I hadn't saved after fighting the tomb guardian. This time I avoided the tomb guardian.

    Same on PS4. 
    I had all 3 spheres in the room and walked off. Next time I was there, one was missing. Tried restarting PS4, meditating/resting in game, installing the patch but nothing helps.


    I refuse to start over from the beginning of the game. EA has to fix this. Has anybody heard of a  solution?
