Tomb of Miktrull candles not respawning

Same for me I threw all the candles in the pit but now they re not respawning so can't burn the vines for the switch I tried to desinstall the game but it's not working... I will need this for platinium. I see this has been post 4 weeks ago with no answer so is there anyone in EA aware of that and working on it. It has been a while since my last EA game and now I remember why they do good games but with irritating bugs and a major lack of support...
