Platform:PC
Summarize your bug fire orbs not resetting on the back wall of the pit room in the Zeffo Miktrull tomb
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be a dumbo like me and launch all of the file orbs while missing the vine that you need to burn up to access a switch
What happens when the bug occurs? unable to access a switch, can't complete a puzzle to get to a chest
What do you expect to see? after leaving the map area, the wall of orbs would repopulate.

@PeterAKennedy The same thing happened to me. It's so annoying. I love the game quite a lot but I wish they would've waited a few more months before releasing the game, because, Fallen order has way too many bugs and glitches.
