I have this problem in 2 places. This is very annoying, because the problem reported for so long remains unsolved. Without it I can't open all chests and get platinum. Maybe with the next update the developers will at least reset the initial amount of lamps. It should be really easy. 😉

I have the same problem as you in the second video I talked to EA customer service for a half hour and they said there was nothing they could do about it
