Tomb of Miktrull (Chest Incompletion Issue)

Summarize your bug I explored 100% of the Tomb and collected all chests and secrets and it shows as incomplete. It also has some "Available" areas to "explore" when i have already explored the whole tomb. (I have the rest of the pictures for each chest location) I have a video with proof that i went to all 4 chest locations and opened them all. I have put a lot of time trying to achieve the platinum trophy for this game since i've enjoyed it a lot but this is stopping me from doing so. Please fix! Thanks!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a video to show you. I don't know exactly how you can find it. It just happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? It stays at 3/4 chests when i opened all 4 and received the rewards.
What do you expect to see? A patch so I can get my platinum trophy.

i love this game. It's almost perfect. It just came out too buggy. But overall. It's a great game.
