Good news! I went back to the Tomb of Eilram where I was showing 2/3 chests. I was incorrect in my earlier post where I stated 3/4. The patch seems to have worked. I walked around the tomb for two to three minutes and it registered that I had collected all chests and secrets In the game and my achievement popped for 100pts. Try going back to your locations, everyone, where your chests and secrets were not recorded correctly and see if it fixes yours as well. Hope it does!

@docmal This happened to me as well. I can’t even go back into the tomb. The red wall is blocking the entrance

@supZ3RO09 You can go back there through the top with the elevator which is also through Imperial something something. Just open the map find the tomb then with d-pad go up levels to find the elevator's top and go there.

Otherwise I have the same bug as well, unfortunately I have uncounted chests and secrets for Dothamir and it's breaking my achievement unlock. Also the Inquisitor Base map exloration data is corrupted as well and it's breaking another achievement of unlocking BD-1 map everywhere.

I have encountered the same bug on xbox one x. I have collected all 4 chests, but the map still shows 3/4 chests.

I also have this. Have picked up both secrets and all 4 chests. Map shows 3/4 chests & 0 secrets. Very frustrating.

@MarzK1768 My map literally says the same exact thing, I went to all 4 chest locations and they were all opened but my map only says 3/4 chests. This is why I wish they had multiple save slots in this game.

PS4, all chest collected, only 3/4 counted. This glitch is costing me a platinum trophy!

Yup! for me too. Counting 3/4 Chests. It's the only thing stopping me from getting that platinum trophy. I have pictures. Check them out!

I too have this same problem with the Tomb of Eilram. I have collected all four chests and two secrets. My game shows 3/4 chests and 2/2 secrets. It is really unfortunate as I have collected all chests and secrets on all other planets and areas. The achievement for collecting all chests and secrets will not pop due to this. Please fix this.
