@xBRAN as a person who owns a VR headset... i still want TrackIR because:
1. VR setup - requires me to plug in the headset. my system is not a dedicated rig so i can leave it plugged in at all times.
2. Fatigue - Can only VR for so long. Oculus Rift, nice as it is, still weighs heavy on the head after a while. Not conducive to long multiplayer matches.
2a. Eyestrain - play for too long, get a headache.
I would think it is a huge mistake not to make this the most immersive experience ever for most people possible.

I bought the Track Clip Pro and now I am sitting here, with the clip on my headset and started squadrons, cause I was sure that Track-IR is standard. *lol*
This is a bad joke.
I also got the rift s, but my eyes start to get painfull after about 30 minutes...

TrackIR please! what year is this for a first person combat space simulator with a modelled cockpit and no TrackIR support.....Typical EA some marketting numpty makes a decision to include VR only, pathetic it is the last EA game I ever part money with for!
