Transfer a Game to a other account

I bought Battlefront but i have other account with the Humble Bundle 2 and i want to transfer Battlefront to this new account i have all the information of the 2 accounts I try to contact EA LIVE CHAT dont work and CONTACT US EA but for my conuntry dont work please help

    Using the word "Account" diverts the contact option away from Live Chat and into Voice Call only.  There are no allowed transfers, and what is allowed, called a merger, is almost certain to cost you your game progress.
