Trying to cancel preorder

Been trying to cancel my preorder for a few days now, and no option available seems to work, though I haven't tried calling yet. Whenever I hit live chat, it says something about a popup window, but ...

Here aboute pre-order cancel:

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

We know that sometimes things come up, so we understand if you need to cancel your pre-order before a game comes out.

To cancel your pre-order:

  1. Log in to your EA Account management page.
  2. Click Order History.
  3. Find your pre-order and click on the + to expand it.
  4. Click on Cancel under the Pre Order heading on the right.

    @Moskolonel I did try that, it lists the game as completed, and doesn't give the option to cancel the preorder, or even change the payment method.

        @Moskolonel Damn, I thought the window was two weeks before the game comes out, though I guess not lol. Looks like I'll be making that phone call.
