Trying to get VR to work with Star Wars Squadrons.

I have been trying to get VR to work with my Meta Quest 2 for a couple days. I am able to launch the game with the head set working using AirLink but when I go to toggle the VR mode in the settings, it just puts me in a black room on the headset. I can hear the game audio and the guardian boundary still works so I don't think it is a problem with the headset. It times out and goes to the normal PC mode after a bit.

Things I have tried are:

Clearing my cache

Restarting PC and headset

Uninstalling and reinstalling game and the EA app

I am able to play other VR games fine so I am not too sure what to do. Ive heard that this game is really good in VR so I am excited to get this fixed.
